- Abstract
The article focuses on the Fourth Amendment Standard of the U.S. Constitution in several Supreme Court cases of the U.S. including United States v. Jones, Katz v. United States, and Olmstead v. United States. The evolution of Fourth Amendment leading to the establishment of Katz test which involves reasonable expectation of privacy is discussed. It analyzes the Court's decision in United States v. Jones, which is also related to the potential of the test formulated in Katz case.
