- Abstract
The article focuses on advantages and disadvantages of Virtual Courtroom Procedures (VCPs) and natural to conclude that the use of VCPs always impairs witness credibility and implicates the Confrontation Clause. It mentions decision of the U.S. Supreme court in the case Maryland v. Craig on may warrant dispensing with confrontation at trial. It also mentions constitutionality of modern VCPs such as Zoom courtroom proceeding.
