- Abstract
The article presents the case study of a 29‑year‑old female who was on a second‑line ATT regimen (Linezolid, Bedaquiline, Clofazimine, Cycloserine, Moxifloxacin) for 4 months for cervical scrofuloderma, presented with itchy red raised lesions all over her body. It mentions that histopathology revealed hypergranulosis, irregular acanthosis, and vacuolar degeneration of basal layer with melanin incontinence. It reveals that dermo‑epidermal junction had chronic inflammatory cell infiltrate.
