- Abstract
The article presents a case report of a 48-year-old man with stable angina pectoris. The patient was presented with dyspnea and chest pain provoked by exercise. It highlights the results of electrocardiogram which showed T wave inversion. It was concluded that T wave normalization during stress testing was associated with low sensitivity and poor positive predictive value for stress-induced reversible myocardial ischemia.
