- Abstract
The article focuses on a study which analyzed the use of intercropping in managing insect pests of castor Ricinus communis in the semi-arid tropical (SAT) villages of India. The study described the economics of castor-based intercropping systems, as well as the impact of intercropping on natural enemies. It also discussed the effect of intercropping on insect pests.
