- Abstract
The article presents various abstracts of studies related to emotional health, epidemiology, intellectual health, nutrition, safety, and tobacco control. In the study "Red Meat Intake and Risk of Breast Cancer Among Premenopausal Women," Eunyoung Cho and colleagues concluded that higher levels of red meat consumption may be a risk factor for certain types of breast cancer in premenopausal women. Abstracts for the study "Association of Perceived Medical Errors With Resident Distress and Empathy: A Prospective Longitudinal Study," by Colin P. West and colleagues, and "Prevalence of and Risk Factors for Lifetime Suicide Attempts Among Blacks in the United States," by Sean Joe and colleagues, are presented.
