- Abstract
The article features the new program initiated by the National Ground Water Association in the U.S. The program educates K-12 students about ground water through brain ticklers, puzzles, experiments, and more. The activities for grades 4 through 8 include water cycle in a bag, aquifier in a cup, science Olympiad, and edible Earth parfaits. The "Ground Water Gorp" newsletter provides information for children while its Web site includes Hydroblog where they can post messages and queries about ground water.
