The article describes the case of low back pain in a male patient caused by fibrous dysplasia (FD) of the iliac bone. It discusses results of the patient's laboratory tests, pelvis radiograph, magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography. It tackles the treatment given to the patient and characterization of FD.
