- Abstract
For the brain tumor, early diagnosis and treatment are particularly important. Also the tumor detection and imaging technology with high accuracy is required. Thus, the forward high‐precision symplectic finite‐difference time‐domain (SFDTD) algorithm is proposed to calculate the propagation characteristics of ultrawide‐band microwave signal in brain tissue with tumor. Using its advantages of high precision and numerical stability, the SFDTD algorithm can provide a theoretical reference for antenna design and optimization in real brain tumor imaging and detection system. Meanwhile, the inverse beam forming imaging algorithm is proposed to detect the location and size of the brain tumor. The imaging results are compared with preset tumor position and size to prove the correctness of the SFDTD algorithm and the BF algorithm. As a result, this article provides the theoretical reference for brain tumor detection equipment with parameter design and imaging algorithm.
