- Abstract
In order to find a more suitable analysis method for bearing vibration performance, the vibration time series of full life cycle of the bearing was subdivided into the normal operation stage subsequence and the fault stage subsequence. Taking the Weibull distribution as the analysis model, with the accuracy as the measurement index, the probability density function of vibration acceleration of three sets of bearings in different running stages was obtained by using maximum likelihood method, moment method and graphical method, and the best parameter estimation method was determined by comparing the accuracy. The results show that the parameters obtained by the maximum likelihood method are closer to the actual situation, the moment method is the second, and the graphical method is the worst
