- Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of cold bending of large-diameter X70 oil and gas pipes and the convenience of pipes bending processing after anti-corrosion treatment on the pipes outer layer, according to the bending performance parameters of large-diameter oil and gas pipes, an in-pipe hydraulic cold bending processing equipment was designed. According to the action and processing performance that the hydraulic inner bending equipment needs to complete when it is working, the mechanical structure and electrohydraulic control system design were completed, and the bending processing by the pipe hydraulic cold bending equipment combined with PLC control and real-time data collection by corresponding sensors was performed. This set of hydraulic cold bending equipment adopted Delta's touch screen for human-computer interaction, which could realize real-time display of processing data, simple interface operation and stable system operation. The test results show that the processing results can reach the standard of oil and gas pipe angle processing, and the total error is less than ±0.2° specified in the relevant standards.
