- Abstract
In order to identify the differences of enrichment and transport capacity of six heavy metals in different organs of melon plants, the content of Cr, Cu, As, Ni, Pb and Cd in soil, root, stem, leaf and fruit of melon plants were collected and analyzed at fruit maturity・ On this basis, the difference of heavy metal enrichment ability in different organs of the plant was evaluated through the enrichment coefficient and transport coefficient, and the difference of six heavy metal transport abilities in each migration st age was compared. The results showed that among all the organs, the root had the strongest ability to enrich heavy metals, and Cd and Cu were more easily enriched in the melon plants than in other tested heavy metals. During each stage of migration, the abilities of Cr, Ni, As and Pb to be transferred from stem to fruit and leaf were relatively strong, while the ability of Cd being transferred from root to stem was stronger. The transport ability of heavy metal Cu from stems to leaves was relatively weak. The accumulation and transport capacity of different heavy metals in different organs of melon were different. Therefore, it was appropriate to regulate the types of heavy metals according to the target, and carry out research and discussion on the blocking technology corresponding to the main transport stages.
