- Abstract
An improved design process of dental disc NC turntable was introduced, innovative design was carried out on the mandrel, elastic constraint method was used so the mandrel was floated in the piston hole of the oil cylinder, ensuring that the mandrel could swing with movement in the process of double dental disc meshing. The lifting and rotation process of the turntable was no longer affected by the coaxial accuracy of the mandrel, so the dental disc pair was fully self-centering meshed. The accuracy of the turntable was highly consistent with that of the tooth disc pair to ensure the concentricity of the main mechanisms in the working process. The double lead worm was used to eliminate clearance, increase the accuracy and service life of the transmission system. The double tooth disc was used to realize positioning and locking. The minimum division was 1° by the uniform distribution of 360 teeth on the circumference, and the automatic centering was realized by the meshing of convex teeth and concave teeth to ensure the accurate and reliable positioning. The strength check of the tooth disc was done, and the maximum clamping force and load were calculated. A new in-place detection mechanism was designed to detect the position of tooth disc separation and meshing when the turntable worked. Finally, the geometric accuracy was debugged and measured, and the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy were detected to verify the correctness of the design.
