- Authors
Lewis, Edwin H.
- Abstract
The article presents an editorial discussing how the editors choose manuscripts to publish. "The Journal of Marketing" editors select work that they believe contributes in some way to the science of marketing. Manuscripts typically contribute in one of two ways, they either make a substantive contribution or methodological contribution. The editors state that many of the rejected manuscripts are not published because they are poorly written.
