- Abstract
To explore the effect of Eucommia ulmoides bark powder on production performance, oxidation resistance and intestinal flora of laying hens, 288 280-day-old Dawu Jinfeng laying hens were randomly divided into four groups, blank control group, 1% respectively eucommia skin eucommia ulmoides powder add group (group 1%), 3% skin eucommia ulmoides powder add group (group 3%) and 5% leather powder add group (group 5%), Feeding for 63 days was a 7-day pre-trial period and an 56-day trial period. At the beginning of the pre-trial period, laying hens were fed the normal full feed and gradually replaced with the experimental diet for the following 7 days. Statistical laying performance of laying hens, after the experiment, eggs, serum, liver, oviduct, ovary and ileum were collected for egg quality detection, antioxidant capacity detection and intestinal flora determination.
