- Abstract
The article offers information on the encasement of one of the four remaining originals of 1297 Magna Carta in the U.S. by the National Archive and Records Administration (NARA), which will open in March 2012 at the U.S. National Archive Building at West Rotunda Gallery. NARA deputy director Catherine Nicholson says that working with the Magna Carta is a great duty yet rewarding. It adds that NARA is working with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to design the encasement.
