- Abstract
The article offers information on the existing process to provide guidance to student-athletes in a complicated legal and regulatory environment in the U.S. It highlights the role of many organizations and the people in the process for the student-athletes responsible for their actions. Also mentioned is the role of Professional Sports Counseling Panel (PSCP) to provide a student-athlete with guidance and advice on the transition from amateur players to a professional athletic career for decision making process.
