- Abstract
The society confronts new challenges and perspectives related with the complexity and diversity of the multicultural context, in which it is inserted in the current times, which demands the perfection of the social and cultural link to solve the actual problems of the indigenous people, like recognition of their principles of Justice into the juridical pluralism. In a multicultural society, like the Ecuador, it is required to embrace new focuses that solve the referred problems. The present document aims to establish some doctrinaire principles in order to harmonize the ordinary courts and the indigenous justice. This analysis is elaborated from the need to offer alternatives of juridical formation delimited in a social pedagogy that allows to educate for the defense of the principles of Justice and the respect of the indigenous people culture, the document discusses the juridical categories and it argues in favor of establish a juridical order for develop superior levels of social opportunities for the citizens.
