This article focuses on the risk of contact dermatitis to color developers. It describes a case report of a 38-year-old woman working in a photographic laboratory for 21years, who developed dermatitis on the back of the hands, wrists and forearms on and off for 2 years. CD2, CD3 and TSS have been the main sensitizers showing a clinical and histological lichen planus-like picture.
