- Abstract
Results Five (5/49; 10%) fetuses had an O/E LHR <= 25%, 24/49 (48.9%) the liver up, and 15/49 (30%) a Grade 3 stomach location. Methods The presence/absence of observed/expected lung-to-head ratio (O/E LHR) <= 25%, liver in the thorax (up), and stomach location Grade 3 (more than half herniated into the right chest) were documented in 49 fetuses with isolated left CDH at the time of the referral ultrasound (US) scan. To evaluate the prediction of a large diaphragmatic defect in fetuses with isolated left congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH).
