The article presents case studies of young women with large breast masses. It mentions that breast masses are uncommon in late teenage girls and young women, where mild breast asymmetry has resulted from asymmetric growth of the breast buds. It states that several medical methods are used to stage the cancer in patients, including ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and multi-disciplinary approach.
