A literary criticism of the trilogy book "Regeneration," by Pat Barker is presented. It outlines the characters and explores the symbolic significance of these characters in the second and third book, "The Eye in the Door" and "The Ghost Road." The overview of the stories are also given and mentioned the scrutiny on the effects of sexual intimacy mobilization which is set during the World War One.
