Abstract
The author presents his views on the genetic history of horse domestication. He said that horses holds an important place in human societies as a means of transportation, leisure activities and financial speculations. He mentions that modern horses inherits Y-chromosome diversity in them instead of mitochondrial DNA diversity. He also mentions that Paleolithic cave paintings reflects more of natural environment and less of artist imagination.
