- Abstract
The article offers information on the significance of the interpretation of the U.S. Congressional legislative delegation of the Health and Human Services Contraception Mandate (HHS Mandate) and its impact upon the Free Exercise Clause under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). Ot discusses the judicial decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius regarding the affordable health care and preventative care services.
