The article discusses Florence v. Board of Chosen Freeholders court case in which the U.S. Supreme Court made a decision and claimed that the Constitution of the U.S. should not be counted as imposing. It mentions the Court of Florence that concluded that the seriousness of a police officer is pathetic predicator and a person with minor offence can not be contrabanded into a jail.
