- Abstract
The article discusses the governing of anticommons in aggregate litigation in America as of May 2013, focusing on control rights, an analysis of the fragmentation of property rights in the U.S., and a legal settlement in a case involving the pharmaceutical drug Vioxx. Other topics include the use of coercion to defeat an anticommons, as well as copyright collectives, corporate reorganizations, and land assembly through eminent domain. Bankruptcy and oil and gas unitization are also examined.
