The article talks about the student-athlete contract rights in the aftermath of the Bloom versus National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) case. This literature also presents a review of the details of the case including the problems with the judicial decision not to interfere with the NCAA, the contractual claims and student-athletes before Bloom, and the third-party beneficiary status which came to fruition in Bloom.
