- Abstract
The article discusses a study on the formation and development of Mennonite settlements in Kazakhstan from the end of the nineteenth century to the early twenty first century. Topics discussed include a background on the establishment of 14 Mennonite daughter settlements in Pavlodar uezd, Semipalatinsk oblast from 1900 to 1910, the confessional change that happened to some Mennonite religious associations during the early 1960s and the increase in the size of the congregation from 1965 to 1983.
