Topics discussed include 1853 Ohio Code of Civil Procedure and the 1878 Ohio Code of Civil Procedure, the Ohio Supreme Court's decision in case Spitzer v. Stallings that addressed the issue of privilege waiver through voluntary testimony, and the Supreme Court of Ohio case Harpman v. Devine that addressed claims that voluntary testimony waived the physician-patient privilege.
