- Abstract
The article discusses the monitoring of fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) in the management of paediatric asthma. Topics include the association between FeNO-guided management with less participants that need oral steroids for asthma exacerbation relief, the benefits of FeNO over FEV1 reversibility, and the reduction in asthma exacerbations by targeting increased inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) dose.
