- Abstract
The article describes two cases of patients with congenital heart disease who developed dengue-related thrombocytopenia. Particular focus is given to the warfarin therapy of both patients, as well as their dosing regimen. Fever and generalised myalgia are cited as patients' symptoms. Topics discussed include subtherapeutic international normalised ratio (INR) and risks of bleeding and thromboembolism associated with warfarin.
