- Abstract
The article recognizes the contributions of political analyst Richard E. Neustadt on the study of the presidency in the U.S. He wrote the book "The President at Mid-Century" in 1956, he took good care of defining between what presidents did and what the presidency did. He also focused on the behavior of the president. Neustadt also made illuminated presidential activities, and gave sincere and frank advice to those bearing the responsibility of the office.
