A letter to the editor about a case report of a 45-year-old male patient with a history of an enlarging lesion on the dorsoradial aspect of the right ring finger overlying the distal interphalangeal joint (DIPJ) which was diagnosed as basal cell carcinima on the dorsum of a finger.
