- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 35‑year‑old male presented with a history of painless swelling in the dorsal aspect of the proximal forearm. He was having a scar in the volar aspect of the proximal forearm, due to old cut injury and radiograph showed a soft tissue swelling in the dorsal aspect of the forearm. His magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed normal extensor carpi ulnaris muscle at the site of clinical swelling and diagnosed with muscle hernia.
