The article focuses on duty of employers to adequately screen the sexual harassment histories of applicants for supervisory positions. It mentions courts and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) have made it clear that those steps should include effective screening for job applicants who have a history of engaging in sexual harassment. It also mentions sexual harassment filed with an employer, governmental agency, or a judicial proceeding.
