- Abstract
The purpose of this text is to analyze the relations between the Special Jurisdiction for Peace and the Special Indigenous Jurisdiction, in relation to its jurisdiction over the acts and facts inserted within a context of armed conflict. From a procedural view, in relation to the concepts of truth, jurisdiction and res judicata, the text unravels the common points between both jurisdictions, taking into account the fundamental guarantees recognized by the constitution to the indigenous peoples, who also serve as victims of the conflict. armed. To this end, the functioning and purpose of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace and the guarantees and constitutional recognitions around the Special Indigenous Jurisdiction are studied. From all this, the text concludes that this tension can be resolved by both jurisdictions through mechanisms of coordination and articulation.
