- Abstract
In order to explore the influence of air inlet height on air flow and temperature of vertical storehouse, the computational fluid dynamics method was used to simulate the velocity and temperature fields of the automatic vertical storage system under different inlet heights, and the non-uniformity coefficient and the calculation of cloud image area were also used to compare and analyze the results. The results show that the air flow distribution and temperature distribution can meet the food storage temperature requirements and personnel operation requirements at the same time under the condition of air draft of 12 900 induced fans and at the height of the air inlet of 14.70 m, which is the best of the four schemes. The research results can provide some reference for the design of automatic storehouse ventilation system and the selection of air outlet position.
