- Abstract
A field study aimed know the degree of satisfaction of secondary scfiools in Iraq managers about the role of higher education and its obstacles in the luanagerial skills development, it adopted the descriptive analytical metliod. The research community to be (249) as director and director of schools in Baghdad (Resaca and Karsh), the ١vay research sajnple stratified random Statistics were selected (40%) of the research community, and the number of respondents (100) principals. Tt was the development ofa questionnaire composed (40) items distributed be^een the two areas. It has been confirmed validity and reliability. Tlie use ot.the researcher program (SPSS) to analyze the data obtained from tlie application ofthe questionnaire in the first semester ofthe academic year 2015 to 2016. And it reached the following results: the level of satisfaction of school principals about the role of universities in the administrative skill development had an average level, the result is not sufficient to perform a broad role in universities towards the education field, and that universities special programs to grant master's degree in administration for scliool administrators about large covers need no longer more til an 20 thousand Director oftlie sclio.ol, and that tlie spread ofthe large number ofscliools and oneofthe main reasons for the poor universities interact ١vith scliool administrations, and that liigher wages for participating in the activities ofuniversities and courses impede the nomination ofEducation employees to participate. In the end it was a number of recommendations in the light ofthe results obtained.
