Abstract
The article examines sports-related injuries in children at a pediatric emergency department over a year, revealing a higher prevalence of injuries from American football, basketball, soccer, and baseball. It also highlights age and gender differences in injury types, with younger children more likely to experience football and baseball injuries, and a gender disparity in injury occurrences across different sports.
