- Abstract
The article explores the use of radium-223 to treat castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). It references a study which examined a survival benefit for CRPC patients with symptomatic bone metastases. The use of positron emission tomography (PET) and computed tomography (CT) to diagnose CRPC is discussed, as well as the potential of theragnosis and radionuclide therapy for the treatment of CRPC.
