- Abstract
The article describes the case of an adult man who underwent vitrectomy for retinal detachment associated with macular hole. The patient reported impaired visual acuity due to choroideremia. Optical coherence tomography confirmed the condition of the patient. His diagnosis also revealed advanced vitreous liquefaction and a lower than normal amount of vitreous gel in the vitreous cavity.
