- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 27-year-old man who developed orbital lipoma with exophthalmos and visual disturbance. His medical history include left proptosis and worsening vision. Examination of the visual field of the left eye revealed diffuse depression and peripheral constriction. A tissue mass found in his eye was identified as a lipoma with chronic inflammation and myxoid degeneration. After a surgical operation, his best corrected visual actuity improved.
