- Abstract
The article presents several case studies related to seed allergy. It says that a five-year-old boy has experienced urticarial rash and face angioedema due to Tahini or sesame seed-based sauce ingestion during his infancy and showed positive sesame skin prick test. It mentions that a two-year-old girl with mild Alzheimer's disease developed allergies to several foods including peanuts, eggs and chicken. Moreover, food-associated exercise-induced anaphylaxis (EIA) is discussed.
