- Abstract
The article presents a study which evaluates the association between prenatal ultrasound exposure and school performance of children at age 15 - 16. The study analyzes the comparison of a sample of children born to women who participated in a randomized controlled trial on the second-trimester ultrasound examination. Results in the study show that routine ultrasound examination in the second trimester have no effect on overall school performance in children.
