- Abstract
The article examines fertility outcome after the expectant management of tubal ectopic pregnancy. Results reveal that spontaneous intrauterine pregnancy occurred in 41 of 49 women managed expectantly and in 62 of 97 women managed surgically. It can be concluded that fertility outcomes after the expectant management of tubal ectopic pregnancy are comparable with those after salpingectomy.
