The article describes the case of a 32-year-old man presented with three days of fever, left-sided neck pain, rash, mild abdominal discomfort, generalized weakness and dark urine. Topics include diseases revealed in laboratory examination, sinus tachycardia shown in electrocardiogram (ECG), and the need of clinicians to be aware of the signs and symptoms of multisystem inflammatory syndrome (MIS)-A given the thigh incidence of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
