- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 77-year-old woman who presented with rare renal diseases for a third flare of antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis (AAV). Topics covered include the history of the patient, patient outcome after a regimen composed of rituximab and eculizumab along with the resumption of voriconazole and the giving of anti-pneumococcal, meningococcal vaccination and antibiotic prophylaxis, and adverse events related to immunosuppressive drugs.
