The article focuses on the need for bringing in efficiency to the international arbitration in terms of expediting various court cases enumerated in London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) Rules and dangers attached to it. It refers to the term procedural neutrality which states that legal proceedings should follow the principle of fairness. It also suggests various efficiency measures including short deadlines, cross checks, and furnishing of limited number of documents.
