- Abstract
[Objective ] To optimize the fertilizer application method, improve soil fertility and land production capacity in wind sandy land. [Method] Five treatments were set, including CK,T,(1.0kg/m² organic fertilizer),T(5.0kg/m² bentonite),T(5.0kg/m² bentonite+ 1.5 kg/m² organic fertilizer),T(5.0kg/m² bentonite+1.0 kg/m² organic fertilizer). The physiological characteristics of Elymus dahuricus in different growth stages were monitored, and the effects of different application methods of bentonite and organic fertilizer on the physiological characteristics of Elymus dahuricus in different growth stages were discussed, and the improvement effect of different application methods of bentonite and organic fertilizer on sandy land were analyzed.[ Result] The application of bentonite and organic fertilizer promoted the physiologial characteristics of alkali grass, including SOD activity, POD activity, CAT activity, MDA content, proline content and chlorophyll content. Among them, the T treatment significantly improved the SOD activity, POD activity, CAT activity, proline content and chlorophyll content, and by 33.51%,27.57%,65.37%,39.58% and 43.30% compared with CK, respectively, and the MDA content decreased by 25.95%.[Conlusion] The application of bentonite and organic fertilizer in wind sandland can promote the change of physiological characteristics of alkali grass and improve the improvement effect of wind sandland.
