- Abstract
The article discusses the accuracy of lipase activity results that was obtained with routine laboratory procedure with declared lipemia interference in lipemic samples. It states that the serum lipase activity was measured in native lipemic samples in two procedures, the Beckman Coulter (BC) colorimetric method and Roche Lipase colorimetric method. It mentions that the lipase activity can be properly measured using the BC colorimetric method.
